We are proud to announce that we opened our London office today! We are very excited about this milestone in our journey. With the opening of our London office we want to bring our solutions and a team of reliable, trustworthy and honest Salesforce experts to businesses across the UK.
The opening of the new office is the first step in our international growth ambition. As the largest Salesforce market in EMEA, the United Kingdom offers plenty of opportunities for us to use our knowledge and expertise to expand the London office into the best technology partner in the country. With a team of consultants in London, we will get to work and start the conversation with national and international companies about how we can help them to tackle the challenges surrounding the digital customer journey. That is where our expertise lies.
With our application Booker25, a Salesforce booking platform available on the Salesforce AppExchange, we have been able to help several customers in the UK schedule gym classes, flex working spaces and vehicle fleets, to name a few. Booker25 is easy to use, very adaptable, can be applied in any sector, and we continue to add new features and functionalities every month. For many Salesforce customers in the United Kingdom this native Salesforce application can help solve any reservation challenge.
The team appointed to set up the Gen25 office in London are Dawn Perugi and Wayne Crewe.
Dawn Perugi, Digital Consultant, has spent the past 10 years working in the digital space in retail, travel and healthcare sectors. "I look forward to setting up the office in London, working on our client relationships and bringing the Gen25 mindset and expertise to the forefront of the UK and Irish markets."
Wayne Crewe, IT Consultant, has a strong background facilitating growth through customer focused technology. "I’m excited to help establish Gen25 as one of the most trusted Salesforce partners in the UK."
You may wonder why we want to expand now, in the middle of a global pandemic. “At Gen25, we may be slightly different from other technology partners. Perhaps that is why we don’t see the corona crisis as an insurmountable obstacle. The need for IT and innovative solutions is not diminishing, and we still see the United Kingdom as a growth market for Salesforce solutions. Of course, it was an extra challenge opening an office while we cannot travel to London ourselves, but in the end we succeeded, and we are very much looking forward to the future! ” Gijs Martens, CEO and founder of Gen25.
